I'm not going to sit here and recap what a strange year it's been—I'm instead going to assume you also experienced the misery of 2020 and have landed here today in order to escape it. Well, great! I'm happy to help you with that.
This year, in addition to...everything else, saw an influx in books focused on comfort and stress relief (yes, hi, CBD in everything!). There was a particular focus on cookbooks with the sole intent of helping you feel good and strong, as well as ones meant to help you perfect some of your all-time faves. So if you're looking for food that warms your soul, powers your body, and/or just feels right, in a way, 2020 was the year for you!?
