Alert: Easter candy is not just for kids anymore! We took inspiration from one of our favorites—Peeps—to make a fun pink Peeptini that’s perfect for an Easter brunch or party. Try one, and you might just find yourself making this adorable dessert cocktail all spring long.
Marshmallow vodka gives it that classic Peeps taste, so it’s worth seeking out for this recipe, but feel free to try subbing vanilla or plain vodka if you can’t find it. You can use store-bought vanilla syrup (a must for your at-home bar), or make your own by adding vanilla beans to our simple syrup recipe.
Every festive cocktail needs a fun garnish, and these are no exception. We went with a DIY sugar & coconut rim, but feel free to get creative. Just don’t skip that Peep! We love floating a yellow chick on top, but different colors or bunnies will be just as cute.

Step 1Freeze a martini glass until cold, about 15 minutes, if desired.
Step 2Place syrup on a shallow plate. On a separate shallow plate, mix sanding sugar and coconut. Dip rim of glass into syrup, then into sugar mixture.
Step 3Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, cream, grenadine, and vanilla syrup. Cover and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.
Step 4Strain cocktail into prepared glass. Garnish with Peeps chick.
