All The Fast Food Chains And Restaurants Open On Christmas This Year

Whether your Christmas tradition is to stay in with your loved ones and make a gigantic meal, or go out to your favorite place together and eat one, it can't hurt to know what places around you are open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day this year. There's a special sort of comfort that comes from eating at your favorite chain restaurant on any regular day, so I imagine that feeling is only magnified on a day like Christmas. If you need a last-minute gift for a grab bag or gift exchange, this also means you can stop in to any of these restaurants and pick up a gift card for stocking stuffers or whoever else may be on your shopping list. No judgement if you're one of those last-minute shoppers...we've all been there at one point or another!
Save the kitchen mess and grocery shopping for your Christmas cookies because—hot take—dinner leftovers can only stay good for so long! Might as well just get some takeout from your go-to chain, then return home to eat some sweets and leave out cookies for Santa.

Bob Evans
While Bob Evan's will be closed on Christmas, you can head in on Christmas Eve from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. The restaurant is also offering to-go options including its Farmhouse Feasts and Holiday Hot Family Meal To Go.
Boston Market
All Boston Market restaurants will be open on Christmas Eve, with a handful of restaurants open on Christmas. As hours vary by location, make sure to check with your local restaurant before heading in.
Buca Di Beppo
Enjoy an Italian feast at your local restaurant, or order from any of the crazy catering offerings they have this holiday.
Buffalo Wild Wings
While B-Dubs will be closed on Christmas Day, many locations will be open on Christmas Eve.
Chipotle
Sadly, Chipotle isn't open on Christmas, but it is open for limited hours on Christmas Eve. You can grab a burrito from 10:45 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Cracker Barrel
While Cracker Barrel will be closed on Christmas, you can stop in on Christmas Eve until 2 p.m.
Del Taco
Locations of Del Taco open on Christmas may vary (along with hours), so check before heading in.
Dunkin'
Many Dunkin' locations will be open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but hours may vary, so be sure to confirm your local store's hours.
Fogo de Chão
What better way to celebrate the holidays than with a dinner at Fogo de Chão? Christmas Eve hours are 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Christmas Day hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Morton's Steakhouse
Most Morton's locations will be open on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Just check your local spot to confirm hours.
Papa John's
Select locations will be open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Romano's Macaroni Grill
Macaroni Grill will be open on Christmas Eve from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Christmas Day from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Ruth's Chris Steak House
Get your steak fix at Ruth's Chris this year, which is offering a prix fixe meal and a special seasonal cocktail. There are also holiday take-out options you can order ahead. And, like most restaurants, hours will vary by location.
SONIC
Most SONIC locations are individually owned, so hours will vary, but there will be some locations open on Christmas. Just be sure to check your local restaurant's hours.
Waffle House
Waffle House is known for being open 24/7 and you can count on most locations being open on Christmas. Some, however, might have reduced hours or only be offering to-go services.
