What makes ours different?
Our base fudge recipe is a bit more chocolatey and a little less sugary, which is our perfect combo for fudge. To make it extra festive, we topped our chocolate fudge with Christmas sprinkles. But, feel free to decorate how you please! Use a combination of sprinkles—colorful, snowflakes—to turn your fudge into a winter wonderland, or top with candy, toasted nuts or even flaky sea salt—this recipe is nothing if not adaptable.
What is the best chocolate for fudge?
That's up to you! Semi-sweet chocolate chips are a classic favorite, but if you prefer a sweeter fudge then milk chocolate would be a great choice. Dark chocolate fanatic? It would also be delicious in this recipe.
How do I store it?
If you have leftovers—or if you want to make fudge ahead of time to enjoy all season long—store them in an airtight container in the fridge for around three weeks.

- Step 1Line an 8”-x-8” baking pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt chocolate, condensed milk, butter, cream, vanilla, and salt together. Stir until smooth then pour into prepared pan.
