Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a large baking pan with cooking spray or butter.
- Step 2Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix in vanilla. Add oats, flour, 1 teaspoon salt and baking soda and stir until just combined. Press about two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the baking pan.
- Step 3In a saucepan, combine condensed milk, chocolate chips, 2 tablespoon butter and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cook and stir over low heat until the chocolate is completely melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Step 4Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the oat crust. Then sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the top of the chocolate. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
