Biscuits are maybe the best bread "side". That's right parker house rolls, you can leave! (Just kidding we love you, parker house rolls. Please don't leave). The flakey, buttery delight of a warm biscuit is so comforting and perfect for a shmear of jam or dipping in gravy. However it can often seem like a ton of effort to whip up a batch.
Enter drop biscuits. These easy 5-ingredient guys are totally quick to whip together and doesn't require rolling out on your counter which means less mess! They can also be totally customized like adding in a bit of cheddar and some sliced scallions. Or you could swap 2 teaspoons of sugar for the salt and add some raisins, for a savory-sweet bite.
If you have leftovers, go ahead and wrap them tightly in cling film or foil and they can be stored for up to 2 days at room temperature or in the fridge for a week.
