The sauce in this dish is pure heaven—you'll want to pour it over everything. It might just rival the one in our Tuscan Butter Gnocchi, which is one of our most popular sauces ever. This chicken thigh dish is an easy weeknight dinner that will really be the highlight of your week. With a cream and white wine sauce that's made in the same pan as the chicken and veggies, it's simple and indulgent all at the same time.
