The Corpse Reviver drinks were invented back in the 1930s by Harry Craddock for The Savoy Cocktail Book. They were intended to cure a hangover and bring people back to life, hence the name.

A White Lady cocktail is part of the sour family, using gin as a base. It’s basically a Sidecar but uses gin instead of brandy. But unlike a standard gin sour, this cocktail uses triple sec rather than simple syrup.

A French 75 is a Champagne cocktail made with gin, lemon juice and sugar. Similar to a Tom Collins, a French 75 uses Champagne instead of soda water.

This classic cocktail is considered to be a style of gin sour, using the maraschino liqueur as the sweetener rather than sugar. Its purple colour comes from the crème de violette, a violet liqueur, but many recipes leave out this ingredient – so we’ve added it as an optional, too.
