What is a gimlet?

Two parts gin, one part sweetened lime juice, a gimlet can also be made with vodka if you fancy. But swap it to rum, and it turns into a daiquiri, FYI.

How to make a gimlet

The easiest way to make a gimlet is with lime cordial, but you can also mix one part lime juice with one part simple syrup if you prefer.
